This is my interpretation of the Alien Queen, from James Cameron’s classic 1986 ‘Aliens this time it’s War’ movie. Alien Queen is attacking a Colonial Marine operating a power loader in Hadley’s Hope, a pre-manufactured structure installed on the terraformed planet LV426. The power loader came with a Playstation 3 game called ‘Aliens Colonial Marines’ and the queen was a kit. I have placed them on a melted metal base base to give the look of acid burns. I made the nest by casting resin eggs and installed LED’s to make the scene look more like a loading bay.
